Stuart M. Essig
Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors |

Stuart M. Essig is Integra's Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been our Executive Chairman since January 2012. He served as our Chief Executive Officer from December 1997 until January 2012, and our President from December 1997 until November 2010. In addition, he has served as a director since he joined Integra in December 1997. Before joining Integra, Mr. Essig supervised the medical technology practice at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as a Managing Director. Mr. Essig had ten years of broad health care experience at Goldman Sachs serving as a senior merger and acquisitions advisor to a broad range of domestic and international medical technology, pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Mr. Essig has chaired Audit, Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees and served on the boards of several NASDAQ and NYSE listed companies ranging in size from several hundred million dollars to more than $15 billion in market capitalization. Mr. Essig currently serves on the Board of Directors of St. Jude Medical Corporation. From March 2005 until August 2008, he served on the Board of Directors of Zimmer Holdings, Inc., and from 1998 to 2002 he served on the Board of Directors of Vital Signs, Inc. Mr. Essig has also served on the executive committee, nominating and governance committee and as treasurer of ADVAMED, the Advanced Medical Technology Association. Mr. Essig is also involved in several non-profit charitable organizations, including from time to time having served on the boards of such organizations. Mr. Essig received an A.B. degree, and graduated with magna cum laude honors from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. degree in Financial Economics from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. |

Peter J. Arduini
President and Chief Executive Officer and Director |

Peter J. Arduini is Integra's President and Chief Executive Officer and a director. He joined Integra in November 2010 as President and Chief Operating Officer and was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a director in January 2012. Before joining Integra, Mr. Arduini was Corporate Vice President and President of Medication Delivery, Baxter Healthcare, which he joined in 2005. Mr. Arduini was responsible for a $4.8 billion global division of Baxter. Prior to joining Baxter, Mr. Arduini worked for General Electric Healthcare, where he spent much of his 15 years in a variety of management roles for domestic and global businesses. Prior to joining General Electric Healthcare, he spent four years with Procter and Gamble in sales and marketing. Mr. Arduini serves on the Board of Directors of ADVAMED, the Advanced Medical Technology Association, and the Board of Directors of the National Italian American Foundation. Mr. Arduini received his bachelor's degree in marketing from Susquehanna University and a master's in management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. |

John B. Henneman III
Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer |

John B. Henneman, III is Integra’s Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the Company’s finance department, including accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, internal audit, tax, and treasury. In addition, he is responsible for information systems, distribution, logistics, customer service, business development, human resources, the law department and investor relations. Mr. Henneman has been our Executive Vice President since February 2003, was our Chief Administrative Officer from February 2003 until May 13, 2008 and was Acting Chief Financial Officer from September 6, 2007 until May 13, 2008. Mr. Henneman was our General Counsel from September 1998 until September 2000 and our Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary from September 2000 until February 2003. Mr. Henneman received an A.B. degree from Princeton University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Simon J. Archibald
Chief Scientific Officer |

Simon J. Archibald, Ph.D., is the Chief Scientific Officer for Integra LifeSciences Corporation. Dr
Archibald joined Integra in 1997 as Senior Director of Neurological Programs to oversee the clinical and
commercial
development of the NeuraGen™ Nerve Guide and to explore the development of a neurosurgical product
line from the existing Integra collagen business and patent portfolio. In 1997, Dr. Archibald initiated and
ran the program that produced the DuraGen® Dural Graft Matrix, for which he is a co-inventor. In 1999, he
was promoted to Vice President of Research and Development for Integra NeuroSciences and in 2001 he was
promoted to Vice President of Clinical Affairs. Previously Dr. Archibald was an Assistant Professor in the
Department of Neurosurgery at Duke University Medical Center, to which he was appointed after completing
Research Fellowships in Neuropathology and Neuroscience at Harvard Medical School. He graduated with a
degree in Zoology from the University of Reading, UK, and has a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the
University of North Staffordshire, UK. |

John Bostjancic
Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain |

Mr. Bostjancic joined Integra in July 1999 as Director of Financial Reporting and was promoted to Vice President in January 2005. Mr. Bostjancic served as Integra's Corporate Controller from December 2003 through June 2006. In July 2006, Mr. Bostjancic was named Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations and in May 2008, Mr. Bostjancic was named Senior Vice President, Finance. In March 2012, Mr. Bostjancic was named Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain. His primary responsibilities include overseeing production planning, procurement, and customer service and logistics. Mr. Bostjancic graduated from the College of New Jersey in 1993 with a BS in Accountancy and worked for five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their audit practice and for one year at Merck & Co., Inc. in the Accounting Standards Group. |

Kevin Breeden
Senior Vice President, Instrument Operations |

Mr. Breeden joined Integra in 2006, as Vice President of Operations for Integra Miltex. He was appointed Vice President of Operations for Integra's Medical Instruments Group in 2007, President of Integra Miltex in 2008, and Senior Vice President, Instrument Operations, in 2011. His current responsibilities include leadership of the manufacturing, planning, distribution, customer service, and repairs and service operations for the Instrument business. Mr. Breeden was Executive Vice President of Operations for Miltex, Inc. from 2003 until May 2006, when the company was acquired by Integra. Mr. Breeden has over 20 years of experience in the medical and dental industry and has held numerous executive positions in the fields of Sales, Marketing and Operations. Mr. Breeden received his M.B.A. from York College and his B.S. degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. |

Nora Brennan
Vice President, Treasurer |

Ms. Brennan joined Integra in June 2006 as Senior Director of Treasury and Tax, and was promoted to Vice President in March 2007. Her responsibilities include all management of the global treasury operations, including debt and equity financing, global cash management, investments, foreign exchange and interest rate risk management, and banking relationships. Prior to joining Integra, Ms. Brennan worked as a Director at Citigroup in the Global Equities Division and as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Ms. Brennan received a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Illinois and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. |

Jerry E. Corbin
Vice President, Corporate Controller |

Jerry E. Corbin is Integra’s Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr.
Corbin joined Integra in June 2006. He is responsible for US GAAP and statutory financial reporting, accounting
principles, and policies and tax accounting. Prior to joining Integra, Mr. Corbin held key finance positions in corporate accounting, sales and marketing and research and development for Sanofi-Aventis and its predecessors from 1989 to 2006. Prior to that, he held management positions with Sigma-Aldrich Corporation and Edward D.
Jones & Company and he gained his initial auditing experience with Arthur Andersen & Company.
Mr. Corbin received a B.S. degree from Illinois State University and is a certified public accountant.

Neal Glueck
Vice President, Tax |

Mr. Glueck joined Integra in March 2011 as Vice President, Tax. He is responsible for the management of
all aspects of the company's worldwide tax compliance and planning. Prior to joining Integra, Mr. Glueck
worked for Arthur Andersen and Company in Cincinnati, followed by senior tax leadership positions with
Macy's, Charming Shoppes and, most recently, Toys "R" Us. He received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
from the University of Cincinnati and a law degree from Northern Kentucky University. Mr. Glueck is a
licensed attorney, as well as a certified public accountant.

Richard D. Gorelick
Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Administration and Secretary |

Mr. Gorelick joined Integra as Vice President and General Counsel in 2000, became Corporate Secretary in 2006 and also
chaired the Human Resources Department from 2008 to 2011. In September 2011, Mr. Gorelick was given the additional
responsibilities of Corporate Communications, Environmental, Health and Safety, Sustainability, Government Relations and
Public Policy, Risk Management, and the Integra Foundation. Prior to joining Integra, he spent four and a half years at
Aventis Behring LLC, a global leader in biologics (plasma proteins) as Associate General Counsel, where his practice focused
on technology licensing, strategic alliances, acquisitions and managing commercial litigation. Prior to that, Mr. Gorelick
worked in the Business and Finance Section of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, in Philadelphia, where his practice concentrated on
transactions, corporate reorganizations, creditors' rights and secured transactions. Mr. Gorelick is a graduate of Princeton
University and the University of California at Berkeley Law School.

JoAnne Harla
Vice President, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Canada |

Ms. Harla joined Integra in 2008 as Vice President, Strategic Program Management and Clinical Affairs, Extremity Reconstruction and was promoted to Vice President, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Canada in October 2010. She is responsible for growing the neurosurgery, extremity reconstruction, orthobiologics and spine businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Latin America and Asia. Ms. Harla has over 20 years experience in the medical industry, including various executive roles at Wyeth, Covance and GE Healthcare. Ms. Harla graduated from McGill University with a B.Sc. in Physiology and an M.B.A. in International Business Management and Marketing.

Brian Larkin
President, Global Spine/Orthobiologics and Head of Strategic Development |

Mr. Larkin joined Integra in January of 2000 as a Regional Sales Manager.
He was promoted to National Sales Manager in 2003, Vice President, North American Sales
in 2005, and President of Integra’s Neurosurgery business in 2007. In 2010 he was appointed
President, Global Spine & Orthobiologics, and Head of Strategic Development. His
responsibilities include executive oversight and leadership of Integra’s worldwide
Spine and Orthobiologics businesses, in addition to executive oversight of several of
Integra’s corporate functions, including marketing and strategic planning. Mr. Larkin has
over 20 years of sales, marketing, and executive management experience in the medical
device industry. Prior to joining Integra, he was the National Sales Manager for Connell
Neurosurgical. He received a B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Richmond, and
completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Debbie Leonetti
President, International |

Ms. Leonetti joined Integra in 1997 as Director of Marketing, was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in April 1999, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing in May 2004, Chief Marketing Officer in September 2007, President of Latin America, Asia Pacific and Canada (LAPAC) in 2008, and President of Integra Surgical in 2009. In 2010, Ms. Leonetti was appointed President of Integra's Instrument business and LAPAC. She was appointed President, International, in 2011. Her responsibilities include executive oversight and leadership of all of Integra's international businesses, including Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Canada. From 1989 through 1997, Ms. Leonetti worked for Cabot Medical, which was later acquired by Circon Corporation, and held positions in sales, sales training, and marketing. Prior to her experience at Cabot-Circon, Ms. Leonetti completed fifteen years of clinical practice as a registered nurse at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. She received her Nursing degree from St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing and La Salle University. |

Judith E. O'Grady, R.N.,

Senior Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Systems, and Corporate Compliance Officer |

Judith E. O’Grady is Integra’s Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Systems, and Corporate Compliance Officer. Ms. O’Grady joined Integra in 1985. Ms. O’ Grady has worked in the areas of medical devices and collagen technology for over 20 years. Prior to joining Integra, Ms. O’Grady worked for Colla-Tec, Inc., a Marion Merrell Dow Company. During her career she has held positions with Surgikos, a Johnson & Johnson Company, and was on the faculty of Boston University College of Nursing and Medical School. Ms. O’Grady led the team that obtained the approval of the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) for INTEGRA® Dermal Regeneration Template, the first regenerative product approved by the FDA, and has led teams responsible for approvals of the Company’s other regenerative product lines as well as more than 600 FDA and international submissions. Ms. O’Grady received a B.S. degree from Marquette University and M.S.N. in Nursing from Boston University.

Robert D. Paltridge
President, Extremity Reconstruction |

Mr. Paltridge joined Integra as National Sales Director in 1995, has served as Vice President, North American Sales since 1997, was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Sales in 2003 and promoted to President,
Extremity Reconstruction in 2006. His responsibilities include leading the Extremity Reconstruction
business to increased growth and profitability. Mr. Paltridge has 24 years of sales and sales management
experience in the medical device industry. Before joining Integra, he was National Sales Manager at Strato
Medical, a division of Pfizer, Inc. He received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Rutgers
University. |

Robert Perrett

Bob Perrett is Integra's Chief Information Officer. Previously, Mr. Perrett served as President of the Integra Medical Instrument Group. Mr. Perrett joined Integra in 2006, when the company acquired Miltex, Inc., where he served as President and CEO. Prior to joining Miltex in 2001, Mr. Perrett was President and CEO of Aesculap, Inc. a position he held for over 20 years. He was also member of the board of B. Braun America and Aesculap, Inc. In addition, Mr. Perrett has held various sales, marketing and management leadership positions with Synthes, Professional Orthopedic Products Canada Inc, and McNeil Laboratories Inc. |

Maria Platsis

Ms. Platsis joined Integra in September 2003 as Director of Corporate Development, and was promoted to Vice
President in May 2006 and Senior Vice President in 2011. Her responsibilities include the identification and
execution of acquisitions and strategic alliances. Prior to joining Integra, Ms. Platsis worked in the
investment banking group at Merrill Lynch and practiced law in the Corporate Departments of Latham &
Watkins and GoodSmith, Gregg & Unruh. Ms. Platsis received a B.A. degree in Economics from the University
of Michigan, a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago. |

Dan Reuvers
President, Instruments |

Mr. Reuvers joined Integra in 2008 as Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Integra's surgical business and was promoted to President of the surgical business in June 2010. He was appointed President, Instruments in 2011. His responsibilities include global sales, marketing, product development and manufacturing for all of Integra's surgical instruments, headlights and table-mounted retractor businesses. Mr. Reuvers was President of Omni-Tract Surgical from September 2005 until December 2008, when the company was acquired by Integra. Mr. Reuvers has over 20 years experience in the medical device field, including holding various executive level positions in sales, marketing and general management. He serves on the board of directors of Respirtech, Inc.

Kirt Stephenson
President, U.S. Spine |

Kirt Stephenson is President of Integra’s U.S. Spine business, responsible for sales,
marketing, research and development, and other related functions. Mr. Stephenson joined
Integra in May 2011, when the company acquired SeaSpine, Inc., where he served as President
and CEO. Mr. Stephenson has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, with
15 years experience in the spine market. Prior to co-founding SeaSpine, Inc. in 2002, Mr.
Stephenson was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Alphatec Spine, Inc. Mr. Stephenson
received a B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and an
M.B.A. from Xavier University.

Christopher Thatcher
President, Neurosurgery |

Christopher A. Thatcher joined Integra in March 2009 as President of the Neurosurgery business. He is responsible for sales, marketing and all research and development functions. Mr. Thatcher has 15 years of
experience in developing medical devices and commercializing global markets. Prior to joining Integra, he
held key positions at Bausch & Lomb, most recently as VP of the Americas and General Manager of Canada.
He also led Global Strategy and Commercial Development for Bausch & Lomb’s global
Ophthalmologic Surgical Business. Mr. Thatcher graduated from Lafayette College in 1986 with a Bachelor’s Degree. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League in 1987.

William Weber
Vice President and General Manager, Extremity Reconstruction |

Mr. Weber joined Integra in 2004 and since then has had a number of roles in Integra's Neurosurgery and Orthopedics businesses. In his current role as Vice President and General Manager of Extremity Reconstruction, he is responsible for marketing, product development and program management. Mr. Weber has 10 years of experience in the commercialization of innovative medical device technologies. Prior to joining Integra, he spent time in research and development at Exxon Mobil. Subsequent to that he was a consultant at ZS Associates, a firm focused on sales and marketing strategies for medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Weber received a B.S. in chemical engineering from Cornell University in 1993, a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of California, Davis in 1998, and an M.B.A. from Columbia University in 2002.
