Information Security Program Overview
BOARD ENGAGEMENT:
Four current members of the Board of Directors possess skills and experience related to Technology & Cybersecurity matters and the Board of Directors receives quarterly updates on Integra’s Information Security Program.
The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors provides oversight for major technology initiatives in conjunction with the company’s internal audit program. Both the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors have representatives possessing Information Technology & Information Security backgrounds who provide detailed oversight on cybersecurity matters.
EXECUTIVE OVERSIGHT:
The “Information Security Executive Steering Committee” meets quarterly to review and discuss Integra’s Information Security Program. The Committee is comprised of a cross-functional group of senior executives.
INFORMATION PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Adopted the NIST Cyber Security Framework in 2017 to manage and reduce cyber security risks.
Annual training and certification program for employees (both new hires and current employees) on information security.
Periodic internal audits, penetration tests, and incident response simulations with key business leaders; bi-annual external assessment are conducted and on-going partnerships with industry leaders and security communities compliment the program.
Routine internal and external auditing and testing to assess program against best practices and information security standards.
A 24/7 security operations center ensures we identify, detect and respond accordingly to ensure business resiliency.
Our standardized information gathering (SIG) questionnaires ensure we review our vendors and suppliers for conformance to operational security standards.
Solid track record – no reportable information security breaches in the last three years.
