Our values set the foundation for the way we operate, though they may not answer every question that arises at work. The Code of Conduct fills that gap. It helps us put our principles into practice and make ethical decisions every day.

Our Code applies to all employees, including officers and directors. We also expect contractors, suppliers, and other third parties acting on behalf of Integra LifeSciences to meet the same standards of ethics and compliance outlined in our Code.
Integra LifeSciences takes any violations of our Code seriously. We conduct fair and prompt investigations of reported misconduct. If an employee violates our Code, we will take appropriate action. Serious violations may result in termination of employment. In some cases, violations may also lead to legal consequences for the company, the individuals involved or both.
