WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP COUNCIL
Our commitment to fostering a pipeline of talented women and promoting their presence in senior leadership roles is a priority. This Council, established in April 2018 is comprised of our esteemed senior women leaders from across the globe and in a variety of roles. It plays a pivotal role in identifying strategies to attract and retain female talent and nurturing their development into leadership positions.
WOMEN OF INTEGRA NETWORK (WIN)
This network is a platform to drive professional development and advancement of women across the organization. WIN aims to evolve our company through collaboration, communication, mentoring, support, skill development, speaker programs, wellbeing and mindfulness.
Black Employees United at Integra for Leadership and Development (BUILD)
This group is a forum for our African American colleagues to focus on professional development, sharing best practices, and fostering an environment of inclusion and collaboration across our global sites. We are focused on raising awareness of colleagues' many contributions as this group strives to be role models to all employees at Integra.
INTEGRA VETERANS AFFINITY GROUP (IVAG)
The Integra Veterans Affinity Group (IVAG) supports veteran initiatives and raises awareness of veterans’ contributions to Integra while showing appreciation for their service. IVAG’s key pillars are networking, professional development, veteran talent sponsorship, leverage experience, and community service.
Integra Indian American Affinity Group (IIAAG)
The Integra Indian American Affinity Group supports Integra colleagues of Indian descent, encourages networking, professional development, and community service while educating others on Indian American history and culture.
ASIAN AMERICAN PACIFIC ISLANDER (AAPI) NETWORK
The Integra Asian American Pacific Islander network supports the advancement of AAPI colleagues through professional development, roundtable sessions, and social events; celebrating their contributions to Integra and our communities while deepening the Company’s understanding of Asian cultures.
PRIDE
PRIDE celebrates the vibrant community of LGBTQ+ colleagues at Integra; the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer community and fosters inclusivity while providing personal and professional support to colleagues.
UNIDOS
UNIDOS provides an inclusive space for our Latino and Hispanic colleagues, supporting their career development and professional journey.
