Championing Voices that Shape the Future
For the fourth consecutive year, we’re proud to share that Integra has received the 2025 Silver Champion of Board Diversity Award by The Forum of Executive Women, further recognizing our commitment to fostering inclusive leadership and gender equity.
We’re thrilled to be among an esteemed group of companies in the Philadelphia region that are making strides in building diverse boards that reflect a broad range of backgrounds and experiences. To earn this recognition, companies must have boards comprised of at least 30 percent women. Click here to view the Women in Leadership 2025 Report. Integra’s female board members include Barbara B. Hill, Shaundra Clay, Renee Lo, and Mojdeh Poul, Integra’s president and CEO.
As Shaundra Clay, Integra board member shared, "I’m proud to serve on a board that champions inclusion, values open dialogue, and embraces diverse perspectives. This award reflects the culture we’ve cultivated — one where diversity in leadership isn’t just encouraged, it’s essential to how we make better decisions. Our board’s commitment to diversity plays a vital role in attracting, empowering, and advancing women in leadership across the organization.”
The Champion of Board Diversity Award is more than a milestone—it’s a reminder that representation matters, and that inclusive leadership is critical to our continued success. Congratulations to everyone who has helped make this achievement possible!
