Our board commitment to diversity is instrumental in our ability to attract and develop females in leadership roles. We look forward to welcoming Mojdeh Poul as the company’s next president and CEO, effective January 6, 2025.
As Barbara Hill, presiding director and chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee shared, “I am very proud to serve on Integra’s Board of Directors and help pave the way with my fellow board members to create a more diverse and inclusive boardroom and workforce that values different experiences, perspectives and skills. This leads to better discussions, decision-making and understanding of the marketplace to help us achieve our purpose, mission and vision as a company.”
