Investing in the Next Generation of Engineering Talent
Integra LifeSciences recently welcomed four engineers to its Rotational Engineering Program, underscoring the company's commitment to developing future talent and leadership.
Selected from more than 700 applicants nationwide, the new rotational engineers will gain experience across multiple areas of the business while developing technical expertise, business acumen, and cross-functional perspectives.
Since 2009, the program has helped attract and develop high-potential talent through rotational assignments across key functions, including Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Research & Development, and Operational Excellence.
