Lacey Gigante Named a 2025 Rising Star by Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA)

Congratulations to Lacey Gigante, senior director, quality culture and learning, for being recognized as Integra’s very first 2025 Rising Star by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), a global organization dedicated to advancing and amplifying the impact of women in the business of healthcare.  

HBA Rising Stars recognizes individuals for outstanding performance, commitment to excellence, and valuable contributions to their companies’ success. They are inspiring leaders, role models to others, and are celebrated for their vision, dedication, and action. 

Lacey joined Integra in 2020 as the director of post-market surveillance on the Quality team and since then has taken on increasing roles of responsibility. Her critical thinking and strategic skills have served her well in leading successful quality assurance efforts for the company. She has recently taken on a new role leading culture transformation and learning for the Quality team, focused on strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence. 

Her positivity and focus on people shines through in her inspirational leadership style, communication, and collaboration across the organization. She embodies our purpose, mission, and vision and has been an ambassador in building an engaged, high-performing culture through initiatives such as World Quality Week, and charity drives to benefit the local community.  

She will be honored at the HBA awards ceremony on May 9 in Chicago.
