Since joining Integra in 2024, Maria leads a team of 16, shaping the strategic direction of our external manufacturing supply chain while optimizing operational efficiency. A key partner to Commercial Leadership and Global Supply Chain teams, she brings more than 20 years of experience across manufacturing, supply chain, process excellence, and engineering —ensuring customer fulfillment while navigating complex challenges and consistently delivering on her commitments. 

Maria will be honored at the HBA awards ceremony on April 23 in San Diego, California.
