Andrea Caruso

ANDREA CARUSO is the corporate vice president and chief human resources officer, and leads all aspects of Integra LifeSciences’ people strategy and human resources operations. She joined Integra LifeSciences in 2006 and held various leadership roles in product development, and private label business development. More recently, Andrea led strategy and business development, and was responsible for identifying, executing and integrating key acquisitions, divestitures and strategic partnerships that strengthened Integra's position in targeted markets. 

Prior to joining Integra LifeSciences, Andrea worked in engineering and product development at VSE Corporation, Triple Helix Technologies and Therics, Inc.

Andrea completed her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Virginia. She received her Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from Rutgers University and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
