Keith Bradley, Ph.D.

KEITH BRADLEY, Ph.D. has been a director since 1992. Currently, he serves on the finance, nomination and governance committees, and chairs the compensation committee. Between 2015 and 2023, he served as a director and chaired the compensation committee at SeaSpine Holdings. From 1996 to 2003, he was a director at Highway Insurance plc. Keith has consulted for various businesses, governments, and international organizations., and has held visiting professorships at Harvard Business School, Wharton, and UCLA, and was a visiting fellow at Harvard's Center for Business and Government. He was a professor of international management and management strategy respectively at the Open University, U.K. and the Cass Business School of the City University, London U.K. Previously, he was an adviser to RPH Capital, Canada, and previously held director and chair positions at North Star Capital Management Limited and GRS Financial Solutions Limited. Keith received a BA(Hons), M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from British Universities.
