Keith Bradley, Ph.D.

KEITH BRADLEY, Ph.D., has served as a director since 1992 and currently serves on the Audit, Finance, Nominating and Governance Committees. From 2015 to 2023, Dr. Bradley served as a director of SeaSpine Holdings and chaired its Compensation Committee. He also served as a director of Highway Insurance plc from 1996 to 2003. Dr. Bradley has advised and consulted for a range of businesses, governments, and international organizations. He previously held academic appointments at the London School of Economics, including serving as Director of the LSE Business Performance Research Group. He has held visiting professorships at Harvard Business School, the Wharton School, and UCLA, and served as a Visiting Fellow at Harvard’s Center for Business and Government. Dr. Bradley has also been a professor of International Management and Management Strategy at the Open University (U.K.) and Cass Business School, City University London. In addition, Dr. Bradley has served as an adviser to RPH Capital (Canada) and has held director and chair roles at North Star Capital Management Limited and GRS Financial Solutions Limited. Dr. Bradley holds a B.A. (Hons.), M.A., and Ph.D. from British universities.
