Lesha Shinn

LESHA SHINN is the corporate vice president, chief legal officer and company secretary at Integra LifeSciences. She serves as principal legal adviser to the board of directors and Executive Leadership Team, providing guidance on legal, corporate governance and compliance matters. 

Lesha has more than 20 years of experience in multinational public corporations and law firms. She previously served as Integra LifeSciences’ interim chief legal officer, overseeing the company’s legal, compliance, and ESG functions. 

Prior to Integra LifeSciences, Lesha held legal roles of increasing responsibility at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she provided counsel on corporate and business development, commercial, regulatory and compliance matters. She started her career in private practice, representing life sciences companies.

Lesha received her juris doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her bachelor’s degree in history from Rutgers University.
