Michael Hutchinson

MICHAEL HUTCHINSON is the executive vice president, chief legal officer and company secretary at Integra LifeSciences. Michael leads our global legal, compliance, and ESG functions.   

Michael has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney, advisor, and business leader, successfully managing a broad range of legal and business matters, including steering companies through periods of transformation. He has led and advised on more than 80 acquisitions and integrations, applying deep expertise in navigating risk, driving operational efficiency, and enabling strategic growth. 

Prior to Integra, Michael was the senior vice president and chief legal officer at LivaNova. He also has more than a decade of leadership and management experience with ByHeart, Inc., Stryker Corporation and Varian Medical Solutions, a Siemens Healthineers company.  

Michael received his juris doctorate from The George Washington University Law School and his bachelor’s degree from Clark University.
