Valerie Young

VALERIE YOUNG is the corporate vice president, global operations and supply chain at Integra LifeSciences. Valerie leads global supply chain and manufacturing operations and is responsible for fostering cross-functional collaboration, faster decision-making and efficient resource utilization in support of our enterprise compliance master plan and improving operational resilience and predictability.

Valerie is a seasoned supply chain and manufacturing operations executive with global experience in healthcare, automotive, industrial, and consumer goods. With a wealth of experience in consulting, she has worked with a variety of industries to transform supply chain processes and systems. Prior to joining Integra, Valerie worked with Korn Ferry as a supply chain coach. She also served as a senior vice president global supply chain operations at 3M. Valerie is passionate about developing high-performing teams and bringing people together towards a common purpose and mission. 

Valerie completed her bachelor’s degree in business administration at St. Catherine University in Minnesota. She currently sits on the board of trustees of St. Catherine University and is a BestPrep mentor and instructor.
